About Silvera

Closing the technical skills gap and driving the adoption of CAM across the UK and beyond.

Established in London in 2018, Silvera Automotive Solutions is a global connected and automated mobility consulting firm best known for its pioneering work in CAM workforce development.

With 20+ years’ experience in motor engineering, our CEO, Kenneth Clarke, saw an opportunity to transform vehicle inspections. Bringing a revolutionary combination of AI and connectivity to external damage appraisal, we quickly gained a reputation for innovative fleet management solutions. To expand, we needed rare expertise in cutting-edge autotech. The answer was to grow our own, and the success of our in-house training put us at the forefront of practical Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) learning. Today, Silvera is proud to be closing the technical skills gap and driving the adoption of CAM across the UK and beyond.
